Privacy policy

1. In short

• Requests: when you ask for access to Continuum, we keep what you fill in so that we can reply, for at most 12 months.
• No cookies: the website sets no cookies and uses no visitor analytics, no ads and no third-party scripts.
• In Sweden: the data is stored on servers in Sweden, within the EU.
• Nothing is sold: we do not sell personal data and make no automated decisions about you.

2. Who is responsible

H5 Förnyelsebyrå AB, company registration number 556970-4371, Box 8000, 501 18 Borås, Sweden, is the controller for the processing described here.

This policy covers only this website. The Continuum service itself has its own privacy policy.

3. Access requests

When you fill in the form to request access, we receive your first and last name, your work email address, your company’s name, country and size, the language you read the website in, and your message if you write one. The message is optional. No law requires you to provide the data, but without the rest we cannot handle the request.

• Why: to handle the request and contact you about access to Continuum.
• Legal basis: our legitimate interest in replying to a request you have sent yourselves and in being in contact with companies that want to use the service (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
• Who sees the data: the request is stored in our own database. At the same time, a notification with the same details is sent to our internal chat tool so that our team sees it.
• How long: as long as needed to handle the request, at most 12 months. If your company becomes a customer, the customer agreement applies instead. Deleted data may remain in our backups for up to two weeks.

4. When you visit the website

To show the pages, our server briefly processes your IP address and details about your browser. The IP address is also used to protect the form against abuse: we limit how many requests can be sent from the same address and keep that information in the server’s memory for at most one hour. Server logs, if any, are kept for a short time.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in delivering the website and protecting it (Article 6(1)(f)).

The website sets no cookies and uses no visitor analytics, no ads and no third-party scripts. Language and light or dark mode follow your browser’s own settings, and nothing is stored in your browser.

5. Where the data is

The data is stored on servers in Sweden, within the EU. We do not transfer it to countries outside the EU/EEA.

We do not sell personal data, do not use it for profiling and make no decisions about you based solely on automated processing.

6. Your rights

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and to have it corrected or erased. You can also ask us to restrict the processing and object to it, since it is based on our legitimate interest.

Write to support@continuum365.com and we will reply within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten, IMY), imy.se.

7. Changes and contact

We update this page when something changes and the date at the top shows when. The policy is available in Swedish and English. If the versions differ, the Swedish one applies.
